Brunei to use high-tech radio tags to track inmates

9 July 08 - BRUNEI will be the first country in the world to utilise active radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags to keep track of its prison inmates, once the Prisons Department's e-Government project becomes fully operational by 2009.
